Early Intervention is a program that provides services to children from birth to age three who have, or are at risk of having a developmental disability.

Our Early Intervention program is funded and regulated by New Jersey by the New Jersey Early Intervention System and the New Jersey State Department of Health and Senior Services (http://nj.gov/health/fhs/eis/index.shtml).

How do I refer my child for an Early Intervention Evaluation?
If you have concerns about your child's development, you can call the number below to refer your child. If your child is found to be eligible for services by someone approved to perform this evaluation, you, the county staff, and other team members will make a plan to help your child and your family.
